Outlook ... not just email address by profession! Use Outlook contacts - tamannaakter - 10-13-2021 05:58 AM

Create a contact from an email message
When you drag a message to your contacts folder, a new contact is automatically created using the name and email address by profession in the message header. The content of the message is displayed in the Notes section. This is a valuable email address by profession reminder of why the person first contacted you. If the sender provided you with your website address, email address by profession, phone number, or other important information, you can copy this information and paste it into the appropriate fields.
Assign categories to contacts
If you have a lot of contacts, you often lose track of people, including prospects. By assigning one or more categories to each contact, you can easily find the name of the person you need to contact for a particular reason.
Outlook has various default categories, but you can create some of them to suit your individual needs. Click Edit-Category-Main Category List and enter a new category. All categories added to the top category list are also available in the Outlook Calendar and Tasks sections.
View a map of contact locations
If you're visiting a customer for the first time, or can't remember how to get there, they'll love this feature! If your contact record is open, click the Show email address by profession Card button to connect to MSN Maps and view your contact address card. Of course, this only works if you enter your mailing email address by profession. Unfortunately, mapping only works for US addresses.
Print the list
Many people who use paper planners and rosters no longer have to enter details such as their name and email email address by profession in Outlook. Not only is it very easy to print your roster directly from Outlook, but it also offers a number of print layout options, including layouts for popular planners such as DayRunner, Day Timer and Franklin Covey products.
By using Outlook as a roster, you don't have to endure tedious corrections and changes, and you don't waste time copying information each year or every time you exchange rosters. Instead, just print a new page from Outlook. You can also specify the contacts you want to print if you don't need to make them smaller. Add a photo
Outlook 2003 has a new feature that allows you to add photos to your contact records. Some people may look more like toys than tools, but if you don't remember your face, I'd appreciate it if you could take a look at the pictures before you meet someone.
