Cutting disc
Cutting disc contains different abrasives which allow the disc to actually be able to cut steel but also, different abrasives are designed for specific metals. Take care with this step as if you select a disc designed for another metal, you could completely destroy your job by contaminating it.

Cutting wheel, or cut-off wheel, differs from grinding wheels in their function and structure. Where grinding wheels use an abrasive to grind large pieces of material off a workpiece from a shallow angle, cutting wheels typically make narrow, precise cuts at 90-degree angles.

A grinding disc is any disc designed to fit in an angle grinder and rotates at high speed to perform cutting and polishing operations. The angle grinder disc or wheel spins at anywhere from around 2,800 rpm to 12,000 rpm, depending on the brand and model of the tool and the settings you select. Just by switching different discs in and out of the tool, you can use your angle grinder for a variety of applications. You can cut, grind, polish, carve, and more. Moreover, you can work on a wide range of materials such as metal, stone, mortar, brick, or wood.

Grinding wheel is the main tool for grinding. It is a porous object composed of abrasive and bonding agent. Abrasives, binders and pores are the three basic components of a grinding wheel. Grinding wheels are expendable wheels composing of an abrasive compound. A grinding wheel having multiple cutting edges made up of many hard a particle called as abrasives. The abrasives are crushed to have sharp edges for cutting operations. The abrasive grains are properly mixed with is a suitable bond, which acts as a holder when the wheel in use. The grinding wheel may be manufactured in one piece or of segments of oppressive blocks build up into a solid wheel. These wheels are available in different shapes mounted on a different form of Machines for a particular type of work. Grinding wheels are manufactured with higher geometrical accuracy results in a more uniform and consistent wheel.

Abrasives wheel is quite powered wheel used in grinder machines at workshops. It is built with tiny abrasive particles called grit. Grit or similar particles are glued to stay together by a unique bonding material to make wheel structures of various thicknesses.

Flap wheel, also known as thousands of flaps wheel, chuck wheel, belongs to a coated abrasives, each product with hundreds of thousands of pieces of abrasive cloth bonded into, so named. Flap wheels continue to provide new abrasive surfaces as the flaps wear away. Flap wheels are an ideal choice for a wide variety of blending, deburring and finishing applications common in the metal fabrication, welding and polishing industries.
