Operation principle:
The sewage enters the filter under gravity or pressure, and the solid suspended material is left outside the filter cloth when the sewage goes through the filter cloth which is fixed on the disc shaped frame.Then the water is discharged through the central tube after filtration. The filter cloth is microporous 5~20um, and the whole process is automatic and continuous. A part of suspended solids are settled at the bottom of the pool, which is irregularly discharged by the bottom drain pipe. The other part is attached to the filter cloth to raise the water level in the tank.When the water level rises to a predetermined value, start the counter device while the disc rotates slowly to fix the suspended solid and sludge outside the cloth filter then they are removed by the scraping suction device .
